Richard W. Norris, president of Network Closing Services, Inc. has been actively involved as an innovator in the title insurance industry for over ten years.  He received a Masters degree in business administration and a Juris Doctorate in 1986 from the University of Denver and is a member of the Colorado Bar, Florida Bar, and New Mexico Bar. 

Mr. Norris' law practice focuses on providing legal solutions to lenders, ensuring successful completion of their real estate transactions.  Richard Norris is currently the principal of several successful businesses, including Network Closing Services, The Law Offices of Richard W. Norris, First Federal Title of Florida, and Pioneer Title and Escrow Services.

Mr. Norris remains dedicated to creating an effective network of affiliated services, giving lenders the ability to efficiently deliver their product over broad geographic areas.
