Simplifile confirmed that under the leadership of Lee County Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, Lee County, Florida officially continues to electronically record (eRecording) land record documents such as deeds, mortgages, agreements, satisfactions, as well as many other document types.  This allows Network Closing Services to provide same day recording in Lee County.

Welcome to the revised Network Closing Services, Inc. website.  We are a service oriented technology-driven Title Company providing a one-stop-shop for all your Title, Abstract, Settlement, Disbursement, and Real Estate questions.  Our office is completely paperless with electronic work flow and real time reporting.  We can open and close a file the same day.

We are different from other Title Company's in that we prioritize simple efficiencies.  Courteous professional service and technology have secured our position as one of the nation's premier title companies.  We want to work with you as a successful team.  A part of our successes in the industry is credited to our tools and integration.  Our e-tools in the past have been available only to clients through our secure website.  We realize the marketplace is extremely competitive, and we want to work together to produce satisfied, repeat clients.

In an effort to help push forward successful transactions, we are starting to release our toolbox to the public through our website.  We are also integrating two-way communication over a secure channel into a variety of different production software systems. This will provide a secure way to transmit and receive orders, documents, and status of real estate transactions.

Saving Trees by E-Recording PDF Print E-mail

Electronic recording is a new initiative, instituted by Counties in various states, which provides immediate recording of legal documents using the Internet.  This new technology eliminates the need for 'wet' signature recording, and allows for improved efficiencies in the post settlement and pre title insurance policy process.  Current document recording times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the county. Rejections are immediately corrected and resubmitted at no additional cost. We began our e-recording effort back on August 1, 2008.  We are pleased to announce that it is has been a great success.  Last month we were able to e-record 45% of our closed transactions. The list of counties embracing e-recording is growing. We will continue to update you as additional counties come available so that you, as our customer, might benefit from the efficiencies of electronic recording.
